Responsibilities Manage the underwriting of FHA, VA, CTP, Conventional and Portfolio loan products. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and adherence to investor guidelines. Provide leadership and promote teamwork and professionalism with the team. Develop the skills of the underwriting team, including reviewing and approving qualified FHA DE and VA LAPP candidates.
