Under the guidance of the Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager, manages the daily operations of a small-to-mid-sized banking office teller line. Management responsibilities include setting and communicating performance standards, establishing strategies and employing tactics to achieve success, coaching teller staff, and preparing and delivering performance assessments for the teller staff.
