Holland Partner Group is seeking an Investment Closing Coordinatorto support our Investment Management Team!



We are seeking a team player with a strong work ethic that offers exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent follow through. The Holland Team consists of Associates that demonstrate strong leadership, communication, team-building, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:

Job Summary:



The Closing Coordinator provides a wide range of project specific closing support and administrative support to the Investment Management team and other departments as needed in order to efficiently close acquisition deals in accordance with Holland Partner Group’s Core Values.



Essential Job Functions:

* Respond to project, deal, and acquisitions inquiries.
* Maintain confidentiality of files, materials and correspondence.
* Gather information and conduct basic analysis of deal specific markets.
* Compile and distribute special reports as needed.
* Prepare, organize and maintain project files.
* Coordinate closing transactions.
* Drafting, editing and proofreading documents and correspondence.
* Copying, faxing, scanning and distributing documents and correspondence.
* Schedule appointments, manage calendars and maintain contacts.
* Schedule conference calls and organize on-site /off-site meetings.
* Maintain a positive relationship with all staff to ensure excellent inside customer service.
* Represent Holland Partner Group in a positive and professional manner at all times.
* Perform all other duties as directed and assist the overall team effort in any way possible.
Qualifications:

Education: Associate’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance or related field required.



Experience: Minimum of two years previous office assistance experience; preferably in one or more of the following industries: Escrow, Paralegal, Real Estate, or Loan Processing.



Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

* Must maintain a positive attitude, flexibility and problem solving mentality.
* Exemplary organizational and interpersonal skills.
* Strong project management skills.
* Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified timeframes.
* Ability to exercise good judgment through use of critical thinking skills, problem solving techniques and decision making skills.
* Demonstrated high level of skill in both verbal and written communication.
* Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees while inspiring respect and credibility.
* Must be proactive, responsible and resourceful.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Ability to perform multiple tasks in a complex operating environment.
* Must work well under pressure.
* Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is required.
* Legal contract review experience or Real estate finance experience a plus.


Attendance: This full time position requires the ability to work Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. Overtime may be required.



This position also requires:

* Ability to lift or move up to 20 pounds.
* Flexibility is days and hours worked.
* Hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations.
* Fluency in English both verbally and non-verbally.
* Valid Driver’s license required.
