Staff Accountant with 15+ years of Accounting Experience Provide a wide range of Full-Charge Bookkeeping and accounting activities for the entire small and medium-sized company. â?¢ Accounts Payable â?¢ Accounts Receivable â?¢ Record all Cash Receipts transactions â?¢ Record all Credit Card Receipts transactions and reconciliation of credit card statements â?¢ Bank account reconciliation (including multi-bank accounts) â?¢ Payroll â?¢ P&L and Balance sheet account reconciliation -monthly, quarterly or as needed â?¢ General Leger Maintenance â?¢ Generate Financial Statements â?¢ Prepare reports and summaries for managers â?¢ Cash Management â?¢ Reconcile Purchase and Sales reports â?¢ Sales and Use Tax payment report and payment preparation â?¢ Review billing vouchers to ensure the completeness and accuracy of data on accounts â?¢ Maintain fixed assets additions and disposals including month end depreciation. â?¢ Inventory reconciliation and prepare inventory reports â?¢ Keep track of aging reports (A/R & A/P) and keep overdue accounts up-to-date â?¢ Monitor loans accounts to ensure payments are up-to-date â?¢ Code documents according to company procedures â?¢ Post Foreign exchange journal entries â?¢ Analyze general ledger accounts for trends and anomalies to look for opportunities to correct or reduce expenses and ensure proper reporting. â?¢ Reconciliation of Inter-company balances â?¢ Month end and year-end preparation Have strong accounting skills with full cycle bookkeeping experience according to GAAP compliance. Computer savvy, experienced using various accounting software. I am highly productive always meet deadlines at month-end and at the fiscal year-end.
