This concession trailer was bought used two years ago. I bought it from a lady who bought it brand new from the factory in 2001. She used it for two years and let it sit for sale for two years because of health problems. I used it two years and can't afford the overhead and insurance. It will easily pass all state inspections. It is very clean. The electric is a 120/240-volt electric. I have an additional 100 feet of cord that cost me $400.00. It has a hot water heater, a 30-gallon clean water tank, 20-gallon dirty water tank, four sinks with cold and hot water. It has a commercial floor style propane deep fryer with two baskets, with two overhead vents/fans with two lights on each vent. There is a brand new 19 cubic stand up freezer I bought it cost me $1400.00. Bread racks above and counters underneath that have locks. I have a cash register. A commercial sandwich station, with a refrigerator on the bottom, it stands about 3 ½ feet tall, it is stainless steel. The containers for the condiments come with it/there are a cutting board on top of the refrigerator. Three serving windows/ one on each side and one on the far end they have screens and also glass windows I have stored in garage. Air conditioning with heat, that works great! It has outlets all over it, two or three on each wall. There is a Star 36” flat griddle, propane, and works great! This trailer has a brand new skirt I had custom made red and white striped, cost me $900.00. Plus the new lettering on the outside cost $1000.00. Fluorescent lights with yellow bug resistant covers above all three serving windows. New clear shatter resistant covers over all the inside lights. I have a garage full of stuff that came with it, that I’ve never used. My garage is stored in a building, so no weather gets to it at all! Just to be on the safe side! I have two propane tanks that come with it. I paid $25,000 for the trailer three years ago and invested thousands into it. I carry $50,000 insurance on this unit because that is how much it would cost to replace it new. I hate selling but would like to trade this for a commercial stainless steel propane Kettle Corn Maker the type with the bowl + cash, depending on the model of the Kettle Corn Maker. If you want the trailer delivered, we can if you pay for gas and pay for it up front.
