Are you starting a new venture and need a seminar room, fully equiped to make your presentation but don't want a long term contract? Want flexibility in your scheduling and don't want to pay for the equipment? Want to have the freedom to start your venture and put your money in your business and not on renting your space?

I have a FULLY EQUIPED training facility for seminars! The room is equiped with a projector, computer to view your DVDs and Presentations already connected to the projector, seminar tables and chairs, white board and markers. Just bring your DVD and USB drive and you are ready to go! You can invite up to 30 people to your seminar!

No long term contracts required! You can rent the room one day per month or one day per week. Please call to reserve your dates since the calendar fills up quick!

We are located in Plano at the corner of Park and Avenue K, just east of I75 and just across the street from the DART rail station, making it convenient for your guests to attend.
