Roommates needed A.S.A.P Located at 614 East St., a 3 Bedroom/1 bath house with built on townhouses. This listing is for the original house, which is designated as Apartment D. I am a 21 year old musician/student who smokes(can be negotiated), drinks, and sometimes keeps strange hours. I am not a dirty person, renter must be clean(not necessarily a clean freak, but would be a plus). I am currently on the lease for one more year, and am looking for two roommates who are looking to live here for at least a year, as the lease is one year. As for a description of the common areas, the kitchen is a full kitchen, with dishwasher, refrigerator, double compartment sink, wall heater, washer and dryer(more than likely I will have these soon, as the ones now in the house are my current roommates), electric stove. The bathroom is fairly small, not tiny by any means, but a benefit is it is easier to keep clean. The living room area is large, with hardwood paneling and hardwood flooring. I also have a foosball table that I will be keeping in the living room, but as I say it is a large room and there is plenty of room for it.
