MY guide dog is retireing he is a mix of lab & golden 87lb 9 years old fan culler. very gental, loves kids, in good health just not able to guide a blind person anymore. You must own your own home. He is an indoor dog. House broken of course, never chews up any thing. I have been letting him up on my couch. But he can be broken of this. You must have fenced yard for him to spend some time out on his own.
