Due to circumstanses beyond my control my boyfriend and I are living in a broken 1973 Nomad trailer in the county of San Berdardino. Haven't the money to move or to pay more rent than we currantly pay. I just started my business but it takes time to build. Also going through a divorce. We need a motorhome or trailer that is fully functional and it must look good on the outside or the trailer park won't let us stay. I would offer to trade this one but I'd be ripping someone off! A tree fell through the roof now the whole thing leaks, the bathroom pipes broke and no matter how many times we try to repair it it breaks again. The floor is all but gone due to water damage.
