Wheel Chair all movable directions, made of heavy tubular steel construction with exrta heavy plastic seat, white in color. four 5 inch diameter hard rubber swivel wheel with lock-in brakes. This chair is like new condition. Shows no wear whatsoever on the wheel or rest of the chair. The chair is made by Smith & Nephew Mfg Co. United Kingdom Model CE AA1640.
