We design, host and provide both on-site and client-based discreet, confidential interventions for CEO's, impaired professionals, employees and families. We understand and respond to the immediacy of crisis calls and commit ourselves to planning your intervention and team-building, and to delivering immediate, confidential and customized interventions that work!

Intervention Director is a Maryland licensed therapist with additional national certification specializing in addictions and D.O.T. SAP regulated work, and is available to travel throughout the U.S. and Canada for planning and facilitating intervention sessions.

Mission Ridge is accessible by MARC train on the Brunswick/Harpers Ferry/Martinsburg line, with transportation to the site available.

Mission Ridge conducts interventions both in our spacious, beautiful 6-bed home, located in a private secluded neighborhood, as well as designated client-based settings.  Built into a serene wooded setting, the home offers 3 full baths, a fireplace, den, front deck and back deck with grill area to host group or family interventions for 1 to 3 days, as well as provides supervised housing for individuals waiting for admission to treatment facilities.

We pre-cert and authorize insurance plans, work with EAP's and SAP's, design return to duty contracts, and facilitate every aspect of treatment planning, admission and follow-up for our clients. For over 20 years we have created a network of treatment referrals and advocacy, providing solutions and resources to a variety of challenging situations.

Travel escort for clients to treatment is available, with counseling & case management for clients and families after discharge, as well as co-ordinating post-discharge follow-up on all clients.

We consult with case managers in treatment facilities prior to admission, during treatment, and for discharge planning and continuing care for clients and their families.
