You can contribute to your wellness when you experience good physical and emotional health. Many times we are unaware of how our health is affected by various things happening in our life that we just cannot put a finger on, but know something is not right. A Life Coach can help you sort out your feelings, set goals, develop strategies to meet your goals. A Life Coach will partner with you, become your sounding board, and your guide. There is no need to go it alone. My goal is YOU, and your health and well being.

Your first session is "free", and you can come to a location in the South Loop at 633 S. Plymouth Ct. or 2950 W Washington Blvd, The Martin Luther King Boys and Girls Club. I coach for wellness, couples, personal growth, and children.
