Gustavo created an all-around boot camp for those who are passionate about trying new trends. You will be introduced to unique and innovative movements derived from capoeira, TRX, and even animal movements! The Boot Camp at Balance will mostly have functional fitness motions divided into three parts: warm up, specific muscle groups, and cool down.
