Seeking therapy can be a difficult and intimidating decision, especially because many individuals have their own preconceived notions about what therapy is really like. However, from childhood through late adulthood there can be certain times when we may need help addressing problems that cause us emotional distress.
The goal of therapy is to assist you in dealing with difficulties associated with depression, anxiety, thinking disorders, relationship challenges and/or everyday life struggles.
