Personal Training

1 on 1 sessions are a minimum of 6 sessions.

• $50.00/session x6 sessions -> Advanced Exercise

Depending on the individual and their goals, the structure of the program will be as follows:

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Small Group training consists of 2-4 individuals. One session, no commitments, or multiple sessions.

• $45.00/session -> Couples
• $60.00/session -> Group of 3 or 4
• $75.00/session -> Boot Camp
• $75.00/session -> Advanced Exercise

The many different avenues of group training are as follows:

Warding: Moving in the direction that is targeted/ when push comes to shove, you push back & take the lead.

Games: Fun Games to take the focus off of training.

The "Timer": On a stop watch: when the time starts, so do you, & you don't stop until a certain time.

"Give & Go": Entire group does one exercise waiting on one person to finish doing another, allowing the next person to do it; continuing until each person has done it, then everyone can rest.

Mirroring: All facing each other doing the same exercise at the same time.

Relay Races: Competition against each other to complete the task the quickest.

Group Challenges (external/internal): Working together to complete a task.

"Whistle Blower": Each time the whislte blows you must start your exercise right away; when whistle blows again, exercise must stop.
