This procedure is called "Perm-Attach", and what we actually do is permanently attach your home's foundation to the ground using strong steel beams that are welded at several factory locations on the same frame the home is constructed upon and set into the ground with concrete. This procedure makes your home become non mobile and is then reappraised as a conventional home. This is highly approved by insurance companies and in a lot of cases will help cut the cost of your premiums.
If at any time in the future you decide to move your home, it can be easily detached from the ground, made mobile again, and your Perm-Attach System can be re-installed at any new location.
We also use the most accurate form of leveling system for leveling and re-leveling your home. If you were to choose our Perm-Attach system, your home would be most accurately leveled before it is attached and theoretically your home would never need re-leveling again. If ever, in a very rare situation involving an earth quake or any major form of earth disruption, your home would need to be releveled, our Perm -Attach system is designed to be fully adjustable at all the attached locations and can be easily adjusted and re-leveled at a minor expense to your insurance company. Why would anyone not want to consider doubbling the resale value and drastically increasing the safty and security of thier home.
The cost of our Perm-Attach System will vary in some cases due to the differences in earth terrain and composite, but generally speaking there are three different price ranges depending on wether your mobile home is a single, double, or tripple wide. Pricing begins at $4000.00/single wide, $6000.00/double wide, and $8000.00/triple wide.
