All properties have at least 2 Rehab Inspections and a "subject-to repair" appraisal. Therefore you will know exactly how much it will cost to repair the property and how much you can sell it for once the repairs are done. We do not buy unless we can get it for <70% After Repaired Value. For example, if the ARV for a house is $100,000 then we will not buy unless we can purchase at less than $70,000 including repair costs, closing costs, etc. That leaves $30,000 profit for you!
