We're looking for an organized, motivated real estate agent to join our fun and exciting team at Known Financial. This is not your typical real estate position - we take pride in bringing families together and making their dream of owning a home come to life. This person should really enjoy working with customers in the real estate buying process, including the sale of property and the building of new homes. This individual will also work closely with other sales staff and other department managers to ensure the contiual promotion of real estate at Known Financial and in an effort to provide all-around great customer service to all guests. Job Requirements: -Must hold a valid MI Real Estate License -Must have a working knowledge of current Michigan real estate forms & laws -Must have a positive self-presentation and good physical condition, including the ability to walk lots, show new home construction sites and other property daily -Must be self-motivated and able to work independently -Weekends and some evenings required. -Must have at least 3 years experience in Real Estate Sales.
