Sears KENMORE 28,000 BTU Window AC Unit energy star rating is 9.4 never used also has a remote controle. Measurments are 26 and 1/2  inches long by 18 and 1/8  inches high. Unit was never used because when I purchased it I didn't realize it needed a 220 outlet and I only have 110 outlets in my home PAID $620.00. Thats a $270.00 discount and has never been used all pieces are included to install.
