I have a very nice pre lit 9 ft Christmas tree for sale bought 3 years ago and used once. It's a Sherwood Pine and paid 300 for it! My mom moved and gave it to us but it won't fit in out house. Asking 175 for it and is must go ASAP so I can make room for another!!!! Inbox me if ur interested.... No lights are out, they were just checked and working great!
