This sofa and loveseat are in pretty good shape. They were purchased at Rooms to Go with stain protection. We’ve had them for a few years, so there is some expected wear on them, but they have been taken good care of. They are real comfortable and have been kept in a non-smoking, no pets home. Sofa does have a tear on the left cushion seat as is shown on the picture below. The sofa is about 91” long, and the loveseat about 72” long. The color of the sofa and loveseat is sage green. You really must see to be able to appreciate them.
