8 ft long, 38" deep, oak trim, upholstery is sort-of soft corduroy, easy-clean, dark green with honey brown interwoven in sort of a subtle 'check'...sleeper has like-new mattress, no stains or damage anywhere. It is solid wood and fairly heavy, built to last. We bought it new in the 80's, re-upholstered it and replaced the mattress a couple of years ago. We are beginning to downsize...
