whole 2 bdrm apt must go, selling by the lot or per item

I am moving out of state in two weeks and basically anything that is not going to fit into our car has got to be outta here. I will NOT deliver because I do not have access to a truck! However, I"m located off of Emerson street and Phillips hwy The zip here is 32207.

If you would like some or all of these items just e-mail me back ASAP. You can come over and take anything you want for a reasonable price. I have listed the price I would like for the items, but I am willing to negotiate. I will give the WHOLE LOT away for a discounted 250 bucks. That"s not a bad price for someone starting out in a new place.Remember, the only items I"m taking out of this 2bedroom apartment are only what fits in my car, that"s a ton of stuff left over.

Its first come first serve on individual items or first come first serve on the whole lot however, a buyer of the whole lot gets priority. ( first come first serve, means whoever is paying for the item and taking it out of my house, due to experiances selling items on here, I cannot hold Items for anyone unless payment is already made.

1. Card table and 4 chairs - this table is black, its a little small if you are looking for a kitchen table for more than two people, but it's still in nice condition. It"s square, and each side is about 3 ft. Its got a plastic top that"s black. It's only about a year old. The chairs are folding black chairs that match the table. ( $25.00)

2. Futon- Is black. It's also in good condition. I have had it about 3 years. ( $70.00)

3. Brown entertainment center/ Chester drawer, - this thing is tall, I would say about 8 Ft tall. It has three drawers in it for you to put things and then an area for a Tv to fit in. Its brown. ($25.00)

4. Desk - Its a small desk, it has an area for your monitor on the top, roll out shelf for the keyboard and enough room on the bottom rack for a tower and a printer, its sturdy. Color : brown wood ( $20.00)

5. Misc Sheets and comforters- ( twin size and queen size) - I have sheets they are all flat sheets and they are all brown. I also have a queen comforter , a full comforter in blue and an all black full comforter ( $20 takes them all )

6. One TV non flat about 30 inches (black) - this is an older tv but it still works well. We mainly use it to play the Xbox with since we didn"t really need an extra tv, the only thing wrong with it is there are a few lines starting to show up at the top of the screen. ( $20.00)

7. side table- this is about 2 feet tall and its an octagon about 3/4ths of a foot on each side. its hollow on the inside and its wood. ( $5.00)

8. Misc plates, silverware, cups ect - I got plenty of plates and stuff that I am not taking with me for the move I also have TONS of silverware, knives, misc kitchen tools ect. ($5.00)

09. Pots and pans- I have four or 5 different sized pots and four or five different sized pans ( $10.00)

10. Computer monitor - its an oldie, It works, been using it to test out computers we have fixed. Its 14 inches and not flat. ( $15.00)

11. Keyboard - it works ps/2 ( NOT usb) connector. It has volume up and down buttons on it, but I cannot find the software for it, im sure it is available online though. ( $5.00)

12. Misc stuffed toys - TONS of stitch toys of all sizes, also a huge stuffed alligator ($5.00)

13. Small tabletop ironing board- its about 4 ft long, its ment to be put on top of a table for quick access to iron your clothes ( $5.00)

14 - Toaster, Coffee pot/ can opener- These were a set. Coffee Pot works perfectly, the toaster sometimes over toasts stuff, the can opener is ornery, you have to place the cans just so to get them to open($10.00)

15. A 3 piece set to hold your kitchen things like sugar, flour ect. Black with silver trim ( $5.00)

16. Coffe table / tv dinner tray - this is a little combo set, its about 2 feet tall and square, each side of the table is about 1ft. ( $10.00)

17. Stand up mirror - it"s a little flimsy, but its about 4 ft tall, and it has black wood going around it ($5.00)

18. Misc cloths- - Mens size 32 waist jeans, some only wore once and cost about 45 a pair brand new, small tee shirts, mostly from hot topic so they are going to have band names on them, boys extra large button down work shirts, Mens size 32 - 38 business pants Womans small and medium shirts, skirts ( whole lot, $15.00)

19. Bathroom organizer- its about 2 ½ feet tall, it is white wire, it has three different tiers to it. ($5.00)

20. Hookah set- ONLY USED TWICE Cost me 80 dollars for everything brand new- it"s a small green glass hookah about 2 feet tall, comes with all the works charcoal, tobacco, tools to work with it with. I will also throw In a small tobacco pipe and some Nag Champa incense in the deal with this. It has its own case that you can organize everything in. ( $45.00)

21. Microwave- about 1 CUFT Black, only had it a year (20.00)

22. THE BEAN - I don"t know if you ever saw the infomercials on this item but it does work, I have the older version but I have lost the DVD for it , paid 80 dollars for it but only asking 20 to get it out of the house. Pump included with the Bean.

I also have a queen sized pillow top bed, however, I cannot move this until the DAY I move ( July 28 - July 30th). It has only one stain from a Dr. pepper being spilled on it. It"s only a year old and we paid 500 for it. It borders on the medium firm side. It comes to about 3 ½ feet off the ground and, it comes with the bed, the box spring and the frame. I would like to get at least 150 on this and this is NOT included in the lot.
