Pub style table with fold up and out leaf, makes into a perfect square 5' x 5' when extended. Comes with 8 matching chairs with padding (clean). Allows for seating 2 chairs on each side when table is extended. Allows for 6 when leaf is folded under. Nothing wrong with this set. Spouse prefers low to the floor seating.
