OUr cottage has 2 bedrooms and an open loft with a boat bed and trundle. Our home sleeps 7. We have all 4 year old stainless steel appliances. We also have a brick fireplace. We are located between the Boat Park and the Heated Pool (which over looks Lake Kai) across from a waterfall pond. The Washington Park Zoo is so fun and is right by the New splash park by the public beach. Both are a 3 minute drive from our place. Our beach is just a city block with our wagon walk down a 400 foot boardwalk that opens up to a majestic view of Lake Michigan. Our cottage is the only one with a huge back sand yard. We love it for the kids to just play and for us to bar-b-que on the back deck.
