3 Bedroom 2 bath 1500 sq.feet house/Not ready until late december early january

This is a palm harbor home that is only 8 years old and sits on a one acre lot on the edge of town. It has a fenced in yard,front side and back poches,carpet grass and tile floor. There is a garden tub in the master bedroom and a office that could be used for a fourth bedroom. All appliance except washer and drye stays. There is a $400 dollar deposit and we reserve the right to refuse anyone. At least a six month lease is reqired. The house will not be avalible until end of december first January. I am moving for work and not set on a date to be out of the house. Depends on th emovers and when I can get my family to their new home.
