Fireworks like you wont believe and you can either go down to the beach and see them up close or sit on the deck and watch them from an amazing vantage point. (One of the best views in the Bay). There is a fire pit you will want to gather around. The hot tub is in demand all year around.The Sand Castle/Sculpture contest is pretty impressive, some pretty good local and not so local talent. Summer brings black berries to pick, roses in the garden too. Several eateries and a grocery store are nearby. The sunsets are incredible, and truly, this home is one you wont want to leave.
