We are renting out our upstairs Living Area and Room for the weekend of Friday 11/16 through Sunday 11/18 for the Formula One Race event on a nice one acre property. It can be one day or the entire weekend. This includes access to High-Speed Internet, Satellite, and Full Breakfast is included.

The Living Area comes equipped with TV, Dry Bar, and mini-fridge along with a couch with a fold out bed. The room comes with a Full-sized bed, a couch with a fold out bed, and bunk beds for children. This includes full access to the Guest Bathroom and other amenities.

We are conveniently located near the airport, Highway 71, Toll Road 130, and exactly 2 miles from the Formula One track. No smoking and no pets allowed. For one night's stay ($350/ night), a deposit of one night's stay or if the weekend a deposit equal to half the amount is due at the time of reservation in order for it to be held. Strict no cancellation will be inforced, once deposit has been made.
