I'm a single mother looking to rent a house with my brother we are very reliable and dependable. I'm having a few problems finding a place with my credit. my score (the last time i checked it ) was a 520 it's not real terrible. my brother on the other hand has ok to good credit he has a good job works for Safelite Auto Glass makes decent money and has been with the company for a few years. Myself i Work at a gas station as an assistant manager. i dont make a whole lot. problem is i dont really want him on the lease for the simple fact of getting help from the state. my Bother will be paying half the rent but travels alot so i do need help with child care expenses and exc... cant really afford it my self so i see it as he is basically co signing for the state will NOT help me if he is on the lease. looking for a 3 bdrm with a garage and a basement (preferably finished) i have all the move in cost right now. do need it to come with a stove and refridgerator. i'm paying 700 a month plus utility's for a one bedroom apt in a basement so yea and im by my self with no help from the state so please if u can help let me know i would appriciate it....734 306 8033 Trista
