This boat features a master stateroom with a queen size memory foam mattress and a sleeper sofa in the living room. It is fully furnished with all furniture, lamps, kitchen utensils, a Keurig coffee maker, etc, even sheets and towels, if youd like to use them. The boat is specially built and insulated for New England winters and should be very comfortable on even the coldest nights. It has baseboard heat throughout and the many windows and two patio doors make it very warm and cozy on sunny days. The marina itself has great facilities including free parking, a free bus to North Station and a $1.75 five minute water shuttle to Long Wharf downtown. There are also bathroom, shower, and laundry facilities at the marina (of course, there is a bathroom with a shower right on the houseboat).
