Were you left a home from a family member and want to keep it in the family but yet you don't want to live there.  A lot of empty homes are being vanilized because they are empty and I was thinking if you have one that I can live in and keep it up are even fix it up then instead of paying rent since I am on SSI disability and am struggling finacially then this would benefit us both.  I have never asked for anything free and would be willing to fix the place up investing whatt I can that i'm using to pay my rent where I am and have fixed up with cutting the rental properties when vacant.  I have lived in the same place for almost 5 years, I am 53 years old and I am a lady with morals and believe in doing people like I want to be done.  I keep a clean place and I'm home all the time since I am retired on disability.  My disability is because I am bipolor so I am physically able to keep up a place and I love improving where I live and I will be ok if you would rather me not do anything to your place because you like it or want to keep it as it is.
