Having to short sell lovely home in Meridian, nearing retirement age, husband teacher, wife admin assistant.  Need comfortable single level if possible 3 bdrm, 2 bath home with small yard.  Master bath must have a step in shower.  We have one small old dachshund who sleeps all day - no trouble.  We want to stay in the Meridian area if possible but would consider south west Boise or Nampa close to Meridian.  Would like home with fireplace and separate family room and trees in back yard.  Have hardwood floors now and would love to have them in new place.  We are very clean and tidy - would take very good care of property.  Current short sale will be concluded by January.  Please contact us via email: shad@luckypeak.com .
