I am looking for a one bedroom apartment. I need one that will allow a small 9lb dog. They must also except sec 8. I would enjoy a lower level or basement unit. I have a great rental history. All rental's have been from 3-13yrs. I am looking for a safe and quite environment. I am clean, professional, always on time with rent. Looking to move as soon as I can.  Willing to sign 12mo lease. If unit and mantinace are of quality long term is very possible.
