I am looking for a little studio and/or mother- law suite with a private entrance or basement apartment. I know that it is out there. I would love to have a small place of my own. I had roommate for the last 12 years. I am a lady over 40 who does not drink or smoke. I work at an acting school and also have part time job. I also have a small 11 house trained pound poodle who will live with me.
It must use of a washer and dryer.
I am very quiet. I am living in Buckhead at this time, and work in Alpharetta.
