Hello, my name is Katie. I am currently looking for a place that my fiancé Steve and I can rent out, a longer-term rent (6+ months) would be preferred. We are looking for somewhere in Maryland to call home. I am currently working on my B.A. in education studies, and am also a Montgomery County employee who has worked in Aquatics (Olney Indoor Swim center) for over six years now. My fiance owns a massage therapy business in the area, so we are really looking to stay as local as possible.

We both smoke and drink, but are extremely responsible about it. so we hope this will not be an issue.
