About us: I am a 22 year old who is currently a senior at California State University, Sacramento majoring in Recreation, Parks and Tourism Administration. I will be graduating in May and will be moving to the Boulder area for an internship beginning in early June 2013. My girlfriend is a 21 year old Environmental Studies major who currently goes to CU Boulder (so she will be the one doing any sort of house viewings or paperwork). We have one dog named Beulah (40 lbs), and two cats, Badger and Matilda. All are very well trained and taken care of. 

What we are looking for: We are looking for a house to rent and move into on June 1st, 2013 that would allow us to have pets. We are both very responsible and hard working, and I have a letter of recommendation from my current landlord to back it up. I have always paid my rent early every month, and have gone above and beyond any expectations my landlord has had. I keep the yard neat, do upkeep on the house and am an involved neighbor. We have good credit and will pass any requirements with flying colors. We are very career/education driven, and are not your typical college students. Our idea of a crazy weekend is laying in bed reading books or going for a hike. You will not have to worry about any large parties or social gatherings, as we are essentially eighty year olds stuck inside of twenty year old bodies.
