hello

we are a family of 4 looking to rent a 3 brd house or double wide 

we are a very clean family we pay are rent on time  we also treat your home like it was are own 

we are on section 8 ( metro we are looking for a place that will alond us to have are animals 

we do have a 9 year old choc lab she very calm friendy the only time she barks if some one knocks on a door so you would not have to worry about a barking dog 

we also have 4 cats ages 3 years old and 2 years old they are the most calm cats you would ever meet they dont tear up or claw  wall or  floors they are spayed so they dont spray they get nails trim every two weeks they are not mean cats either 

we  do have good good rent refs and pet refs and we are willing to pay pet deposit also and if anything needs fix around the house we dont mind helping out fixing it we are not looking for a perfect house we are looking for something we can call it home  we are looking for something in newark ohio or area around there 

we current live in athens ohio 

trying it get back up to newark my mom really ill she needs me to take care of her i cant from up here the drive back and farth making it tought we are also looking for a place we can stay for a very long time
