My husband and I have been married for 18 years, our oldest daughter is just graduating this June from High School and has been accepted to University of North Carolina Wilmington.  We are a close net family, with 3 girls, 17, 15 and 11.  Our 15 year old has had 2 procedures on her heart between last summer and Sept., all is looking well,  but the girls are definetly not ready to be away from each other.  So as a family we have decided we would pick up and move so that we can remain closer. 

Approximately four years ago my husband was laid off and we lost our house.    He has restarted his career and now has 3.5 years wth Fedex Freight and is currently looking to transfer to the one near Wilmington (Leland).  I work from home for a Health Insurance Company, this June will be 9 years, and the move would not affect my job at all.  Our credit is shot because of the loss of my husbands job a few years back.  Other then the credit score that will Im sure affect the decision, we are a family of 5 with one dog (terrier).  We have many references, personal, professional, and lanlords. 

We are looking to move starting in June, after our daughters graduation but before September when school would restart here. We are looking at Wilmington and the surrunding areas, no more then 30 min drive. We are looking for 3-4 bedroom, atleast 1.5 bath, 2 would be ideal.  Nice yard, fenced not needed but would be great.  any style or type would work, could help with fixer uppers as long as it was livable.  1300.00 would be the max but we would like to be under 1200.00.  Currently we pay 1050.00 and have never been late.  As I said above references are available.
