we are in need of a home to buy in coos country or places like north bend/myrtle point florence/bandon/reedsport ect somewhere within about 30 35 miles of north bend I have a job i'm relocating to.. we have some cash to lay down then set up rent to own with owner  would like it's own land .. we do have two dogs each about 60 pounds non aggressive one is 10 and the other 5 really mellow dogs  3ppl
