Looking for a 1bdrm. apt, to rent in the downtown Ithaca area. I am very clean, not working, but I receive Section 8, also I get SSI Disability every month. I find it very difficult finding a reasonably priced place to rent in Ithaca. I also would be willing to do some handy man work for room and board as well.
