Underwater Recovery Service of San Antonio is a professional search and recovery service operating out of San Antonio, Texas and servicing all customers in central Texas. We employ only PADI certified divers trained in search and recovery techniques.
What we do…
Who doesn't enjoy spending time on or in the water? Water has an attraction all its own and not many of us can fight the pull it has; that's why so many of us flock to the water as often as we can. As the number of people using recreational waterways increases and the number of watercraft accidents also increases. Unfortunately with all of that activity, things tend to be lost and for the most part, once they sink beneath the surface of the water most people think they are gone forever.
That's where the team from URSA comes in. We have experience diving under conditions that many professional divers would steer clear of. We are not reckless but rather have honed our skills diving under zero-visibility conditions while using state-of-the-art metal detection equipment to ensure whatever you might have lost is located and recovered.
Underwater searches conducted in the Ocean, lakes and rivers with other dive services. We operate a company owned recovery geared boat service.
Recovery of lost items using the latest technology and techniques, and special search techniques developed and used to recover items as small as a ring or as large as a vehicle. Having over a 97 percent success rate on recovery of items in 2008 your item is really not lost...it's just wet. We offer a wide variety of underwater services, and dive year round in all kinds of weather and environments and specialize in night operations. Covering Texas, and surrounding states.
Valuables do not have to be lost in 50 feet of water to need the use of specialized equipment to find them. A ring dropped into a sandy bottom in less than 15 feet of water will quickly be swallowed up and lost without the use of a metal detector and recovery device to retrieve it.
INTEGRITY is a key attribute of URSA . If you contract with us to find your lost valuable, we will search for it until we find it or can prove conclusively that it is not in the area it was believed to be in. It may be easy for some people to keep the item rather than return it for the contracted amount but none of the URSA team members operate under that mindset. If the item you lost is still there, we will search for it until we find it or you tell us to stop and most importantly . . . . WE WILL RETURN THE VALUABLES TO YOU!

Avoid scams and fraud
Signs of fraud: wire transfer, money orders, cashier checks, shipping, escrow, "transaction protection", "guarantee". Be safe by dealing locally.
