Senior Director of Tax - Global Job Code: SDT/EX/0016 The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire range of tax functions within the Company from emerging issues to compliance and audits and reflecting these in the financial statements. The Senior Director of Tax is responsible for effectively interacting with multiple functional areas to resolve complex tax issues. Reporting to Vice President and Treasurer the candidate will be involved in developing, modifying and executing Company policies that affect the legal entity structure or operations and may also have a Company-wide effect. The successful candidate will also have regular interaction with senior management and company executives on tax and legal entity matters with the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations, while maintaining good working relationships. This person will provide expertise through comprehensive technical tax knowledge.
