Major Financial Institution with a high volume call center. The agents take and process in coming calls dealing with customers and their accounts. The hours are 6:00am to 11:00pm (8hrs shifts) Monday thru Sunday. Agents would need to be available four (4) days during the week and one weekend day to total five (5) days.
