Rapidly growing Real Estate Development & Investment Company looking for highly competent bookkeeper/administrative assistant. Position is responsible for bookkeeping of the company including but not limited to A/R, A/P, reimbursable billings, bank reconciliations, monthly financial reports, maintaining company finances, payroll processing, and vendor relations/sourcing. Experience in dealing with Real Estate and Construction matters (pre-development and construction loan administration), a definite plus. On the administrative end, position requires general administrative office duties including but not limited to: answering phones, scheduling, filing, distributing mail, faxing, copying, maintaining an organized workplace, etc. as well as other various duties and projects as assigned. Must have 3 - 4 years business experience with the following additional skills/abilities: Proficient in QuickBooks Pro 2003 or higher, small business accounting and bookkeeping experience for service oriented business, demonstratable organizational and office administrative skills, work with a team in a collaborative environment and under pressure to meet deadlines and be comfortable working in a highly demanding, fast paced environment and willing to wear many different hats. Looking for a self-starting individual who possesses a good attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to get the job done. Must be able to hit the ground running. 3-4 Related Experience
