Position Overview As Report Analyst/ Systems Support you will be accountable for providing first line support for our client’s using Recruitment Workflow Technology systems. Working directly with the clients, this will involve configuration of changes to the solution, ongoing administration and maintenance of the system. You will also be responsible for the development of bespoke client reporting and generating certain defined reports - formatting, collating and distributing in accordance with the agreed schedules. Above and beyond your day to day responsibilities, you will also be involved with strategic projects.
