SRC Account Administrator is responsible for providing Institutional Trust Administrative support for Retirement Services and/or Institutional Asset Services relationships. To include: cash management, cash processing, cash disbursements, cash transfers, account overdrafts, account opening, and account closings. High degree of accuracy accountability due to large dollar impact of transactions processed. Will exhibits professionalism, organization, applicable written/verbal communication and customer service skills to interact with various internal partners, external clients and our Client Services Relationship Management team. Accountable for managing account activity during peak volume times (end of month, quarter end, year end). Adhere to department, bank and audit procedures. Minimum Requirements: College degree - 3 yrs Trust accounting and cash management experience within an institutional line of business. Personal computer skills to include: Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
