The Banking Center Manager Associate is responsible for completing a professional sales management training program which combines on-the-job and classroom training to prepare the associate for placement as a Leader in a Banking Center. Upon successful completion of the program, the associate may be placed in an Assistant Manager or Banking Center Manager position based upon business need and demonstrated abilities. Banking Center Managers and Assistant Managers are responsible for leading a team of sales and service professionals to meet and exceed aggressive sales goals and service targets. They also work with customers to uncover and satisfy the financial needs. Successful managers spend 50% or more of their time on the sales floor of their banking centers greeting customers, directing them to the appropriate areas of the center, and ensuring that the customers' needs are met, while observing their team in action 'through the eyes of the customer."
