Make proactive sales calls to loan originators of Broker accounts. Identify and build Broker relationships. Manage Broker pipeline reports to facilitate high booking rate. Communicate policy and product changes to Brokers. Assess competition and develop sales strategies to capture market share from competition. Accumulate market data to assist in the assessment of markets for hire of external sales staff. Work with Marketing and Operations to execute sales programs and use product/policy changes as selling tools. Key responsibilities include design and execution of sales plans and building broker relationships.
Minimum 3 years experience in sales, ability to develop effective and long-term relationships with Brokers and exceptional communication skills. Experience with home equity or mortgage broker market preferred.
