The primary objective of the Financial Center Manager is to achieve the overall business goals for the shareholders, clients and employees. The FC Manager is the key driver of margin growth in a Financial Center through balanced performance with respect to reducing expenses, increasing revenue, maintaining key customer relationships and building the business through referrals. Develop, communicate and implement a sales strategy that produces a predictable and sustainable income stream for the Financial Center and leverages the full product array available for new sales opportunities and cross-selling to existing customer base. Responsible for bottom line growth of Financial Center quarter over quarter/year over year. Fulfill investment supervisory responsibilities with respect to review of investment applications, blotters, monthly/quarterly compliance requirements, regulatory requirements and all related activities. Specifications / Qualifications : BA/BS degree in business, minimum 3 years previous management experience in banking or financial service. Demonstrated ability to build, motivate and lead others. Strong people, process and project management skills.
