Our client, a boutique investment bank in Boston is looking for an investment banking analyst to join their experienced group of investment bankers. The investment banking analyst will be working on a team to aid in financial transactions of all varieties such as: mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital and LBO's. In addition, the investment banking analyst will be drafting client pitch and presentation materials.
This individual should possess a Bachelor's Degree, at least 6 months of investment banking experience, solid financial modeling skills and strong valuation skills including DCF, Relative Valuation, Free Cash Flow, etc.
